Abstract
Political science is a social science discipline that studies the ever-changing political activities of humans within society. Political science must periodically adjust its research focus to line with current movements, allowing for timely and trustworthy explanations of varied events. Political science's scope has expanded dramatically in recent years, prompting changes in its research methods. In the twenty-first century, political science must show more interest in the multiple dimensions of power, rather than focusing primarily on state power.
