THE WORK PERFORMANCE ACCORDING TO GOOD GOVERNANCE OF THE CHIEF OF CHANGKLANG SUBDISTRICT ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION, CHANGKLANG DISTRICT, NAKHON SI THAMMARAT PROVINCE

Abstract

This research aimed to study 1) To study the work performance according to good governance of the chief of Changklang sub-district administrative organization, Changklang district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province 2) To compare work performance according to good governance of the chief of Changklang sub-district administrative organization, Changklang district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province in terms of sexes, ages, degrees of education, occupations and monthly incomes as differently, and 3) To study the suggestions were concerned with problems and resolutions the work performance according to good governance of the chief of Changklang sub-district administrative organization, Changklang district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province. The population for this research were people who live in Changklang sub-district administrative organization, Changklang district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province at the number of 17,282 persons. Sample size by Krejcie and Morgan’s table measurement.  The samples were about 377 persons. The instrument for data collection was questionnaire (five points rating scale) and open from question, data analysis were carried out by frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, t-test, and F-test

The results found that:

1. The work performance according to good governance of chief of Changklang sub-district administrative organization, Changklang district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province by overviews were at high level, when considered in each aspects found that, from more to less as follows; the aspect of virtue, the aspect of responsibility, the aspect of lawfulness, the aspect of transparency, the aspect of valuable and the aspect of participation respectively.
2. The comparative result on work performance according to good governance of chief of Changklang sub-district administrative organization, Changklang district, Nakhon Si Thammarat province in term of sexes, there were different as statistical significance at 0.01.
