STUDENTS’ SATISFACTION WITH THE BACHELOR GOOD GOVERNANCE PRINCIPLES AFFECTING THE EFFECTIVENESS OF THE ADMINISTRATION OF SUB-DISTRICT MUNICIPALITIES IN PATHUM THANI PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this research article are to 1) study the level of administrative effectiveness 2) analyze the principles of good governance. Affects the effectiveness of administration and 3) proposes guidelines for developing the effectiveness of administration of the Subdistrict Administrative Organization. It is mixed methods research. Conceptual framework for using Office of the Public Sector Development Commission and Gulick and Erwick A sample group of 332 people interviewed 16 district chiefs/community leaders. The tools included: Interviews and questionnaires and qualitative data were analyzed for content. Statistics include frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation. and multiple regression analysis.

            The results of the research found that 1) the level of administrative effectiveness Overall, it is at a high level. When considering each aspect in order of average values from highest to lowest, it was found that all 7 aspects were at a high level, namely the organizational aspect with the highest average value, followed by the aspect of organizing people to work. Performance reporting Coordination, budgeting, planning, and ordering or administration. has the lowest average 2) The results of the analysis of good governance principles found that there were 7 variables, including the principle of readiness to accept responsibility. Principles of decentralization the principles focus on consensus, the rule of law, and the principle of equality. Participation principles  of transparency efficiency principles Response principle and effectiveness principles Together they can predict the administrative effectiveness of the Subdistrict Administrative Organization at 60.7 percent with statistical significance at the .05 level and 3) guidelines for developing the administrative effectiveness of the Subdistrict Administrative Organization. The organization has ways to save resources that result in cost savings. Creating various projects brings worthwhile benefits to the people and publicizes them for people to participate in the activities.
