INTEGRATION OF BUDDHIST PRINCIPLES WITH CONCEPTS PROCESS THEORIES AND ROLES IN SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION

School administration is an important responsibility of school administrators who want Thais to be complete humans in terms of body, mind, intellect, knowledge, and morality. They should have ethics and culture in living happily with others and be able to respond to the needs of the global society. Administrators must have knowledge and understanding of school administration that is related and consistent with the philosophy of education, education policy, and education plan that is a state management system in order for the work to achieve the objectives and results of the education system. The work of the administrators to be successful must consist of 4 duties, namely planning, organizing, leading, and controlling. In addition, there are important Buddhist principles according to the principles of Buddhism as a moral principle related to the skills of school administrators in the Tutiya Papannika formula, namely 1) Jak Khuma, have far-sighted wisdom or conceptual skills 2) Vithuro, operational skills, technical expertise, and
3) Nissaya Sampanno, human relations skills, expertise in human relations, being a leader with good human relations. In addition to the moral principles that school administrators integrate into self-management, namely Sappurisadhamma 7, managing people, namely Hekkhatimok, Phromwihan 4, Sangkhawatthu 4, managing work, namely Itthibat 4, to make the school successful and able to develop education sustainably.
