NEEDS AND GUIDELINES FOR PROMOTING THE DIGITAL LEARNING MANAGEMENT CAPACITY OF PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHERS AFFILIATED WITH PHETCHABUN PRIMARY EDUCATION AREA OFFICE DISTRICT 1

Abstract

This research the objective are as follow: 1) To study the needs of primary school teachers' ability to manage learning in the digital age; Under the Office of Phetchabun Primary Education Area District 1 2) To study ways to promote the ability to manage learning in the digital age of primary school teachers. Research tools include: questionnaire on Current and Desirable Conditions of Digital Learning Management Ability of Primary School Teachers Affiliated with Phetchabun Primary Education Area Office District 1 analyze the data with Frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation Analyze the essential demand index and interview form for promoting digital learning management abilities of primary school teachers. Under the Phetchabun Primary Education Area Office District 1, analyze data with content.
