The objective of this research was to 1) study the teaching efficiency of teachers under the Phrae Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 and
2) study guidelines for the development of teaching efficiency of teachers under the Phrae Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The research method is divided into 2 steps. The first step was to study the teaching efficiency of teachers under the Phrae Primary Educational Area Office Service 2. The research population includes 726 teachers under the Phrae Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, academic year 2023. The sample group used in this study was 254 teachers in schools under the Phrae Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were mean and standard deviation. The second step was to study the guidelines of development and the teaching efficiency of teachers under the Phrae Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The informant group consisted of five experts acquired by purposive sampling. The data were collected by interview and were analyzed by content analysis. The results of the study were as follows
- The teaching efficiency of teachers under the Phrae Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 overall were at a high level. The highest mean aspect was the organization of learning activities and the lowest average was the use of teaching materials.
- The guidelines for the development of the teaching efficiency of teachers under the Phrae Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 found that Primary Educational Service Area Office organized workshop to improve teachers' teaching efficiency, build a network of teachers to improve teaching efficiency. School administrators support teachers in all aspects. An educational supervisor provides assistive supervision and recommendation. Teachers must develop themselves to have
