The purpose of this research was to investigate the needs for enhancing competency in information technology and communication of English teachers under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Phitsanulok Uttaradit Phitsanulok Province. To study the necessary needs for developing technological competencies information and communication of English teachers under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Phitsanulok, Uttaradit, Phitsanulok Province. The research methodology was to investigate the need to enhance competency in information technology and communication of English teachers under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Phitsanulok, Uttaradit, Phitsanulok. The sample consisted of 39 schools, 123 English teachers under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Phitsanulok, Uttaradit, Phitsanulok, which are in the academic year 2023. The research tool was a questionnaire about the needs of enhancing competency in information technology and communication of English teachers under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Phitsanulok, Uttaradit, Phitsanulok. Data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, and standard deviation.
The results showed that: The needs of enhancing competency in information technology and communication of English teachers under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office, Phitsanulok, Uttaradit, Phitsanulok was found as follows: the aspect with the highest average value was the skill of using information and communication technology in organizing learning, then the knowledge of information and communication technology and the aspect with the lowest average was attitude in using information technology and legal communication Ethics and Safety.
