This academic paper aims to study the conceptual framework and development related to the environment and learning by exploring ideas, theories and practices related to the environment, learning full of meaning and useful experiences for learners. It also aims to analyze trends and developments related to the improvement of the learning environment in order to promote unique learning and to generate academic results valuable to daily life and the community. In this academic paper, policy issues may be considered to suggest operational guidelines that can support sustainable and modern learning development in schools and organizations, focusing on the needs of learners and environmentally friendly social systems. In-depth studies are also conducted on the conceptual framework and environmental development and learning that promote collaborative analytical thinking and innovation in learning. To create learners ready to face future obstacles and opportunities in the rapidly changing society and environment in the 21st century. This is to ensure that education is beneficial to human resource development and sustainability of society and the environment in the long run. The focus is on the impact of environmental changes on learning on learners and society widely and sustainably in the future.
