THE EFFICIENCY OF THE TEMPLE MANAGEMENT OF THE ABBOT IN SIDA DISTRICT NAKHONRATCHASIMA PROVINCE

Abstract

This research has the objectives: 1. Study the level of efficiency in temple management of the abbot. 2. Study the relationship between the principles of temple management of the abbot and the efficiency of temple management of the abbot. 3. Present guidelines for promoting the efficiency of temple management of the abbot. The research method is a combined method. During the quantitative research, a questionnaire was used. The reliability was 0.978 from a sample group of 167 monks. Data were analyzed using statistics, frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and correlation coefficient. and qualitative research Interviews with 10 key informants or people were analyzed descriptively.

Efficiency level of temple management of abbots in Sida District Nakhon Ratchasima Province as a whole is at a moderate level. ( =3.28,S.D.=0.63) 2. Results of the analysis of the relationship between the principles of temple management of the abbot and the efficiency of temple management of the abbot in Sida District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province. Overall, it was found that the principles of temple management of the abbot, overall, had a positive relationship at the level. Very high (R=0.773**), therefore the research hypothesis is accepted. 3. Guidelines for promoting efficiency in temple management by abbots in Sida District Nakhon Ratchasima Province found that temple management principles have promoted the efficiency of temple management by the abbot. More and more have the following characteristics: 1) The quality of the work is recruiting personnel to work according to the target.
