This research aimed to investigate : 1) To study the conditions of educational institution administration according to the philosophy of Sufficiency Economy of educational institution administrators. 2) To present educational institution administration guidelines based on the philosophy of sufficiency economy for educational institution administrators. 3) To evaluate educational institution administration guidelines according to the philosophy of Sufficiency Economy of educational institution administrators. Using quantitative and qualitative research methods. The sample group included administrators and teachers of educational institutions in Phunphin District. Under the Suratthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. A total of 219 students from 38 educational institutions. The sample size was determined using the Krejcie and Morgan formula. 7 experts and 7 adept for a total of 14 people. The research tools were a questionnaire, 5-level rating scale, interview form, and assessment form. Statistics used in quantitative data analysis include frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Statistics used in qualitative data analysis include descriptive statistics. By analyzing content analysis and synthesize it into an essay.
The research result was as follows :
Conditions of educational institution administration according to the philosophy of sufficiency economy of educational institutions in Phunphin District. Under the Surat Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, it was found that overall and in each aspect at a high level The average values are arranged from highest to lowest in terms of personnel management according to the philosophy of Sufficiency Economy. Budget management according to the philosophy of Sufficiency Economy General administration according to the philosophy of Sufficiency Economy and academic administration according to the philosophy of Sufficiency Economy.
Guidelines for school administration according to the philosophy of sufficiency economy of school administrators in Phunphin District Under the jurisdiction of the Suratthani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, by experts, consisting of 4areas: academic administration according to the philosophy of Sufficiency Economy; Budget management according to the philosophy of Sufficiency Economy Personnel management according to the philosophy of Sufficiency Economy General administration according to the philosophy of Sufficiency Economy.
Level of suitability of educational institution administration guidelines according to the philosophy of sufficiency economy of educational institutions in Phunphin District. Under the Surat Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, overall, it is appropriate. Accounting for 97.03 percent.
