The purpose of this study is to: 1) Study the current conditions, desired conditions and necessary needs for proactive management. To provide Individualized Family Service by the Special Education Center Udonthani 2) Study the proactive management process to Individualized Family Service by the Special Education Center Udonthani The target population of research is three Special Education Center, director,teachers, employed teachers, or nanny for disabled children. 118 people, specific selection. Assign frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Perform analysis (PNI Modified)
The results show that
1) Current conditions, desired conditions and management needs Proactive to provide family-specific assistance services by the Special Education Center Udonthani Province, consisting of current conditions, desired conditions and overall needs are at a high level.
2) Ensure proactive management services to help specific families according to teachers' rules and procedures, relying on student learning and teachers' readiness to provide direct knowledge of each special need. Individuals know in-depth information Proactive management on PDCA.
3) Evaluate the proactive management process to help specific families by the Udonthani Provincial Special Education Center. Needs should be prioritized in the highest order, namely according to the family-specific assistance plan. Meeting to create a family-specific assistance plan.
