NEW CONCEPTS IN EDUCATIONAL RESOURCE MANAGEMENT FOR SMALL PRIMARY SCHOOLS

This academic article presents a new approach to managing the educational resources of small-sized primary schools systematically. It emphasizes the importance of managing the educational resources efficiently, which involves collecting, processing, and distributing data and information to support decision-making, analysis, and management at all levels of the school. This system includes crucial processes such as systematic planning and storage of educational resources to ensure easy access and usability for educational staff and students, supporting teaching and learning processes by allocating suitable educational resources, and evaluating resource usage to improve system efficiency. Additionally, the system incorporates tools to help schools save costs and enhance resource utilization, along with effective communication between financial and educational teams to support decision-making and planning in line with the school's objectives. Efficient communication and tool usage empower school administrators to communicate and plan effectively, improving decision-making and operational efficiency through the development of financial comparison tools aimed at cost-saving and resource efficiency in operations and decision-making.
