GUIDELNES FOR DEVELOPING TEACHERS LEARNING MANAGEMENT SKILLS OF 21ST CENTURY UNDER THE OFFICE OF LEARNING ENCOURAGEMENT,NAKHON SI THAMMARAT PROVINCIAL

Abstract

The research airmed 1) to study the level of learning management skills of teachers in the 21st century 2) to study the needs for developing learning management skills of teachers in the 21st century 3) to propose guidelines for developing management skills. Teacher learning in the 21st century under the Office of Learning Promotion, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province A mixed research method was used, both quantitative and qualitative. The research had two phases, consisting of Phase 1 to study teachers' learning management skills and to study the need for developing teachers' learning management skills. in the 21st century Under the jurisdiction of the Nakhon Si Thammarat Provincial Learning Promotion Office. The sample group included the director, government teachers, volunteer teachers, and subdistrict learning promotion center teachers, totaling 165 people. It was obtained by simple random sampling. The tool used was a questionnaire with a confidence value of .96. Data was analyzed using basic statistics, including mean and standard deviation. Phase 2 was to propose guidelines for developing teachers' learning management skills in the 21st century under the Office of Learning Promotion. Know about Nakhon Si Thammarat Province by purposively selecting 5 people. Data were analyzed using content analysis.

    The research results found that

    1) Learning management skills of teachers in the 21st century under the Nakhon Si Thammarat Provincial Learning Promotion Office, including all 6 areas, are at a high level. 2) The need for developing learning management skills of teachers in the 21st century under the Nakhon Si Thammarat Provincial Learning Promotion Office, including all 6 areas, is at a high level. 3) Guidelines for developing teachers' learning management skills in the 21st century under the Promotion Office Learn Nakhon Si Thammarat Province is to promote the development of critical thinking skills through learning activities that emphasize problem solving and thinking.
