GUIDELINES FOR STUDENT CARE AND SUPPORT SYSTEM MANAGEMENT IN AN ASPECT OF STUDENTS SCREENING OF MUANGKLANGWITTHAYAKHOM SCHOOL, PHETCHABUN PROVINCE

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to 1) analyze strengths, opportunities, aspirations, and results, 2) create and inspect, and 3) implement with the management of the student care and assistance system in screening students of Muangklangwitthayakhom School Phetchabun province. A sample of 10 people were selected in analyzing strengths, opportunities, aspirations, and results. 6 experts in create and review guidelines, and 11 informants in implementing. The tools were group discussion topics, reflection form. The data were analyzed by using content analysis. The results were as follows;

1. The analysis revealed that strengths consisted of teamwork culture, strong networks’ participation, opportunities consisted of Director give morale for teachers, inspiration consisted of Teachers' intention to develop higher working skills, and good results that will occur consisted of Students are developed through correct screening, Teachers can use student screening efficiently and effectively.
2. The results of building and monitoring are the following elements:
   (1) Import (2) Process (3) Output. Information in developing the quality of the students and the evaluation of guidelines is very appropriate.
3. The implementation showed that the results are reflected and the lessons are taken out of after-work (AAR) (1) Import factors (input) so many applications have little time to prepare for them. (2) Processes. teachers do not have the skills they should be prepared. The executives are always attending the PLC of the teacher for the benefit of improvement problems. (3) Output, information and grouping results that are screened must be kept secrets of the students, especially at risk groups.
