A STUDY OF KINDERGARTEN TEACHETRS' DESIRED CHARACTERISTIC IN THE DIGITAL AGE OF SCHOOL UNDER THE OFFICE OF NONG BUA LAMPHU PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA 1

Abstract

The research objectives are: 1. To study the desired characteristics of kindergarten teachers in the digital age of schools under the Nong Bua Lamphu Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 1 and 2. To compare opinions about the desired characteristics of teachers. The sample size was determined according to Crejcie and Morgan's table. (Krejcie and Mogan) The research instrument is a questionnaire created and developed by the researcher. Take the questionnaire to 5 experts who consider its validity and try it out to analyze the values. Cronbach's confidence (Reliability) was equal to 0.966. Data was analyzed using a statistical analysis package. Percentage (Percentage), Mean (Mean), Standard Deviation (Standard Deviation) and inferential statistics such as T-test and F-test.

          The research results found that:

1. The desired characteristics of kindergarten teachers in the digital age of schools under the Nong Bua Lamphu Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 1 are generally at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the average was at a high level in every aspect.
