DEVELOPMENT GUIDELINE FOR INNOVATORS SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS IN UDON THANI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 3

The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the current and required conditions in the development of innovators for school administrators in the Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Office 3, 2) to find guidelines for developing innovators for in Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, and 3)to evaluate guidelines for developing innovators for school administrators of Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The research was divided into 3 phases using Mixed Method Research. Phase 1 was to study the current and desired conditions in the development of innovators for school administrators in Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The sample used in the research was 183 people. The instrument used in this research was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with a reliability of 0.98. Phase 2 was to use semi-structured interviews with 12 experts by purposive selection. The data was analyzed to find frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Phase 3 was to evaluate the guidelines, by purposive selection of 17 experts and analyzed data from semi-structured interviews to find percentage, mean, and standard deviation.
The results of the research found that: 1) the overall current condition was at a high level and the overall desired condition was at the highest level. The overall requirement value is between 0.028 - 0.100. 2) The approach was for new opportunities, creative skills, Intellectual skills, and network building skills, 3) The overall evaluation of guidelines in terms of suitability, possibility, and usefulness was at the highest level in every aspect.
