THE PARENTS’ DECSIONS FACTOR TO ENROLL CHILDREN AT WATBANGPLEEYAIKLANG SCHOOL UNDER SAMUTPRAKAN PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 2

Abstract

The objective of this research is to 1) to study parents’ decisions factor to enroll children at Watbangpleeyaiklang School and 2) to compare parents’ decisions factor to enroll children at Watbangpleeyaiklang School classified by educational levels, career, and income of the parents. The research samples were 271 parents. The sample size was determined by Krejcie & Morgan, selected by stratified random sampling technique The instrument of this quantitative study was questionnaire with 5 level the reliability of 0.91. Statistics used for data analysis included frequency distribution percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and one-way analysis of variance.

The research results revealed that :

1.  parents’decisions to enroll their children at Watbangpleeyaiklang school found that ranked as high level in all parts. This study also revealed that school's environments, teachers' characteristics, services, academic school's image and community relations and
2.  parents with different educational, career and incomes levels had decisions to enroll their children at Watbangpleeyaiklang school both overall and each aspect were not different.
