SCOUT ACTIVITY MANAGEMENT MODEL TO PROMOTE CITIZENSHIP OF SENIOR SCOUTS IN SCHOOL UNDER THE OFFICE OF EDUCATION KHON KAEN PROVINCE

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to develop a management model for Boy Scout activities to promote Citizenship of Senior Boy Scouts In schools under the Khon Kaen Provincial Education Office Conducting research in 2 steps: Step 1) Component analysis By asking the opinions of 331 educational institution administrators and senior scout directors by analyzing the average values. Standard deviation and analysis Exploratory elements Study the guidelines for managing scout activities in 3 schools with excellent practices and interview 5 experts. Data were analyzed using content analysis and step 2) evaluating the feasibility and usefulness of the model. There were 253 educational institution administrators and 78 senior scout directors.
