BRAHMA VIHARN 4 PRINCIPLES AND ETHICS OF LOCAL ADMINISTRATORS IN THAI SOCIETY

Abstract

       Virtue ethics is related to local governments in a way that directs and drives local government operations for good governance. This academic paper aims to review ethical literature for appropriate local governments.  The principles of morality that local administrators should follow should be followed by the principles of Brahma Viharn 4 in the management of executives according to the opinions of personnel. The Tambon Administrative Organization should be gracious, compassionate, and generous to each other   Love  and goodwill are welcome when one sees others well, and executives must congratulate their successful subordinates with the joy of those who have succeeded. Executives should be placed in a position suitable for their position, consistent, impartial, non-discriminatory, non-partisan determination of the problem in purity of justice.
