THE ADMINISTRATION ACCORDING TO THE GOOD GOVERNANCE OF KLONG-NGAE SUBDISTRICT MUNICIPALITY, SADAO DISTRICT, SONGKHLA PROVINCE

Abstract

This research has the following objectives: 1) to study the administration according to the good governance of Klong-Ngae Subdistrict Municipality, Sadao District, Songkhla Province 2) to compare the administration according to the good governance of the Klong-Ngae Subdistrict Municipality, District Sadao, Songkhla Province, classified by gender and educational level and 3) to study recommendations regarding the administration according to the good governance of Khlong-Ngae Subdistrict Municipality, Sadao District, Songkhla Province. The population used in this research consists of Personnel in Khlong Ngae Subdistrict Municipality, Sadao District, Songkhla Province, totaling 102 people, using the sample size of Krejcie and Morgan. The sample size was 80 people. The instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis are frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t - test and F - test.

The results of the research found that

1) the administration according to the good governance of Klong-Ngae Subdistrict Municipality, Sadao District, Songkhla Province was overall at a high level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest average value was morality, followed by Transparency and the side with the lowest average is Value aspect respectively

2) Comparative results of the administration according to the good governance of Klong-Ngae Subdistrict Municipality, Sadao District, Songkhla Province, with gender and educational level. Not significantly different at the .05 level.

3) Suggestions regarding the administration according to the good governance of Klong-Ngae Subdistrict Municipality, Sadao District, Songkhla Province, found that there should be a serious monitoring and evaluation system. In order to be able to use the results to compare the cost-effectiveness of various operations, awareness should be raised among personnel to see the importance of saving resources. Executives should encourage personnel and the public to participate more in work performance. and adding more channels for citizens to express their opinions. To give the public an opportunity to inspect and participate in expressing opinions in problems. In addition, executives should encourage staff to be enthusiastic in performing their duties.
