MANAGEMENT INNOVATION AND INTERNAL QUALITY ASSURANCE OPERATIONS OF SCHOOLS IN EDUCATINNAL INSTITUTION NETWORK CENTER 5 (JATUPHUM SRIVICHAI), NAKHON SI THAMMARAT PROVINCE

The objectives of this research are 1) to study the current condition of the internal assurance system of Educational Institutions Network Group 5 (Jatuphum Sriwichai), Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. 2) to develop innovation for education administration and management for quality assurance of Educational Institutions Network Group 5 (Jatuphum Sriwichai), Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. 3) to evaluate the innovation for education administration and management for quality assurance of Educational Institutions Network Group 5 (Jatuphum Sriwichai), Nakhon Si Thammarat Province. The sample group included educational institution administrators and teachers in the Educational Institution Network Group 5 (Jatuphum Siwichai), Nakhon Si Thammarat Province, totaling 162 people. The tools used in research to collect the data is a questionnaire, group discussion and evaluation of the strategies indicated that these strategies were useful, appropriate, accurate, and possible to implemented. Statistics used in the research include mean, standard deviation , and descriptive.
The research findings are as follows :
1) The current condition of the internal assurance system was generally at the mid-level.
2) The results of the development of management innovation and internal quality assurance operations consist of 4 components as follows : Component 1 : Principles and rationale of management and internal quality assurance operations. Component 2 : Administrative objectives and internal quality assurance operations. Component 3 : How to implement management and internal quality assurance operations and component 4 : results of management performance and internal quality assurance operations.
3) Results of the evaluation of management innovation and internal quality assurance operations. From the opinion of Educational institution administrators and academic department heads of schools in the Educational Institution Network Group 5 (Jatuphum Siwichai), Nakhon Si Thammarat Province found that the appropriateness of the innovation was at the highest level. The possibility of innovation is at the highest level and the usefulness of the innovation is at the highest level.
