THE GUIDELINES FOR DEVELOPMENT OF THE OPERATION ACCORDING TO THE LEARNING LOSS RECOVERY MEASURE OF SCHOOL UNDER PHRA NAKHON SI AYUTTHAYA PRIMARY EDUCATION SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to study 1) to study the condition and problems of the operation according to the learning loss recovery measure of school.2) to present the guidelines for development of the operation according to the learning loss recovery measure of school. The research is divided into 2 steps: Step 1 Studying conditions and problems the operation according to the learning loss recovery measure of. The sample group used in this step are 100 educational institution administrators and 176 academic teachers, totaling 123 people, by stratified random sampling according to district proportions. The tool used was a questionnaire. The reliability was 0.92. Statistics used included percentages, means, and standard deviations. Step 2 presenting the guidelines for development of the operation according to the learning loss recovery measure of school, 12 key informants were obtained from purposive selection. The tools used are Semi-structured interview It is a content analysis.

          The results of this research were as follows: 1) the condition of the operation according to the learning loss recovery measure of school. The overall picture is at the highest level. The side with the highest average is redesigning new learning process and the aspect with the lowest average is regarding safety and welfare. The guidelines for development of the operation according to the learning loss recovery measure of school, there are 7 measures and 21 approaches as follows: Measure 1 redesigning new learning process. Measure 2 empowering teachers and principals. Measure 3 collaborating effective learning with stakeholders. Measure 4 open educational resources. Measure 5 valuing positive attitudes and well-being. Measure 6 Elevating learning with Edtech. And measure 7 regarding safety and welfare.
