STRATEGIES AFFECT THE EFFECTIVENESS OF SONGKHLA PROVINCIAL ADMINISTRATION ORGANIZATION NAME RATCHAPONG CHOOKAEW

The purposes of this research were to study: 1) The level of people's opinions towards strategic planning of Songkhla Provincial Administrative Organization 2) The level of effectiveness of the Songkhla Provincial Administrative Organization and 3) Strategic that affects the effectiveness of the Songkhla Provincial Administrative Organization. The sample group used in quantitative research is 333 voters with domicile in Songkhla province, while the samples used in qualitative research were The top executives of the district in Songkhla Province were 16 people. The tools used in the study were: questionnaire for quantitative research and In-dept interviews data were then analyzed by means, standard deviation and multiple regression analysis.
The results were as follows:
- The overall effectiveness level of Songkhla Provincial Administrative Organization is at a high level.
- Strategic planning and public participation have an effect on the effectiveness of Songkhla Provincial Administrative Organization by 6.3 percent, which is statistically significant at the .05 level.
- The guidelines for developing the effectiveness of Songkhla Provincial Administrative Organization include community utilities, occupations, and community economy. In terms of disaster prevention and mitigation, volunteers should be provided for duty, community public health services, and natural resources and environmental development.
