ACADEMIC LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS UNDER OF NAKHON RATCHASIMA EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA 1

This research aimed to 1) study the academic leadership of school administrators under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 1, Nakhon Ratchasima, 2) compare the academic leadership of school administrators under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 1, Nakhon Ratchasima, classified by education level, work experience, and school size, and 3) study the guidelines for developing academic leadership of school administrators under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 1, Nakhon Ratchasima. The sample group used in the research was school administrators and teachers in basic education institutions under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 1, Nakhon Ratchasima, in the academic year 2023, totaling 323 people. The sample size was determined according to the table of Krejci and Morgan, and cluster random sampling was used. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and F-value.
The results of the research found that:
- Overall, the academic leadership of school administrators under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 1, Nakhon Ratchasima, was at a high level.
- The results of the comparison of academic leadership of school administrators Under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area, Nakhon Ratchasima Area 1, classified by education level, overall and in each aspect, there was no difference. Classified by work experience and size of the educational institution, overall, there was a statistically significant difference at the .05 level.
- Guidelines for developing academic leadership of educational administrators under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area, Nakhon Ratchasima Area 1, consists of 5 aspects:vision, goal, mission, curriculum management and teaching, teaching supervision, supervision, student progress monitoring, and promotion of teaching atmosphere.
