Abstract

This research aimed 1) To study the role of educational institution administrators according to the  Iddhipada IV. 2) To study the level of happiness in the performance of teachers in educational institutions. 3) To study the relationship between the role of educational institution administrators according to the Iddhipada IV that affects teachers' happiness in their work. and 4) To study and research variables predicting the role of educational institution administrators according to the Iddhipada IV principles that affect teachers' happiness in their work. The sample group consisted of 337 civil servant teachers in educational institutions under the Nakhon Si Thammarat Secondary Educational Service Area Office. The instrument used for data collection was a closed-ended questionnaire. Statistics used in the research include frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation. Simple Pearson correlation statistics and multiple regression statistics.

          The research results were found as follows

1. The results of the analysis regarding the level of role of educational institution administrators according to the Iddhipada IV principles under the Nakhon Si Thammarat Secondary Educational Service Area Office found that all 4 aspects were at a high level.
2. Results of analysis regarding the level of happiness in the work of teachers in educational institutions found that all 4 areas were at the highest level.  
3. The results of the analysis of the relationship between the overall use of the Iddhipada IV principles and the happiness in teachers' work performance (Y) of administrators of educational institutions under the Nakhon Si Thammarat Secondary Educational Service Area Office found that there was The positive relationship is quite high (r = .916) with statistical significance at the .01 level.
4. Results of stepwise multiple regression research found that the variables were based on the principles of perseverance. and according to the principle They can jointly predict teachers' happiness in their work. Under the jurisdiction of the Nakhon Si Thammarat Secondary Educational Service Area Office Statistically significant at the .001 level, both variables can explain the variation in teachers' happiness in their work. Under the Nakhon Si Thammarat Secondary Educational Service Area Office, the score was 92.3 percent (R2 = .923). The error that would result from the forecast was 0.143.
