A FACTORS RELATED TO THE PROMOTION OF THE MONK'S VOLUNTEER NETWORK OF THE LOWER CENTRAL REGION IN THAILAND

This research aims to examine the factors related to the promotion of volunteer networks among monks in the Lower Central region of Thailand. A quantitative research method was used, collecting data from a sample of 400 monks selected through quota sampling. The data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation, and hypothesis testing through multiple linear regression analysis.
The findings revealed that the factors related to the promotion of volunteer networks among monks included: 1) Attitude, with a high mean score ( = 4.09), 2) Related factors, with a high mean score ( = 3.99), and 3) Ethical behavior, with a high mean score ( = 4.09). The multiple linear regression analysis showed that factors such as shared perspective (X1) (ß = .264), participation (X4) (ß = .104), empowerment (X5) (ß = .095), and interdependence (X6) had a significant linear relationship with ethical behavior (F = 132.725; p – Value = 0.001).
