THE DEVELOPING AN EDUCATINAL INSTITUTION MODEL INTO AN INNOVATIVE ORGANIZATION FOR BASIC EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS IN THE 21st CENTURY

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to 1) study the conditions and problems of school development for the organization of innovation for basic educational institutions in the 21st century. 2) Draft and develop the model to develop educational institutions into innovative organizations for basic educational institutions in the 21st century, and 3) assess the development of educational institutions into the organization of innovation for basic educational institutions in the 21st century. The research was mixed-methods research. The sample groups were basic school administrators and teachers of each school under the 4 Office of Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Service Areas. A total of 310 people. By using the questionnaire as a tool for collecting data, a reliability value of.887 and a statistical assessment were used in the analysis. The data are frequencies, percentages, means, and standard deviations.

The results found that 1. The result of study of the conditions and problems of school development to the organization of innovation for basic educational institutions in the 21st century found that overall of operation or practice were moderate, and the 10 results of study of the problems of school development to the organization of innovation for basic educational institutions in the 21^st century using ascending order were 1) communication, 2) participation in innovation, 3) training, and personnel development. 4) Joint Vision 5) Educational institutions 6) Creative atmosphere; 7) Individuals important; 8) external factors 9) organizational structure and 10) efficient teams. 2. Results of the drafting and development of an educational development model for innovative organizations for basic educational institutions in the 21st century are evaluated and certified by experts, and expert validity and suitability issues have the highest average level. 3. The results of the assessment of the development of educational institutions for the organization of innovation for Basically, in the 21st century, the issues of possibility and utility are averaged out in the following were the greatest degree.
