EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION ADMINISTRATION ACCORDING TO THE PRINCIPLES OF GOOD GOVERNANCE BY EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION ADMINISTRATORS OF CHAIYAPHUM PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to 1) study the school administration according to the good governance of administrators of educational institutions under Chaiyaphum Primary Education Service Area Office 1, 2) to compare the school administration according to the good governance of administrators of educational institutions under Chaiyaphum Primary Education Service Area Office 1, and to study the suggestions the school administration according to the good governance of administrators of educational institutions under Chaiyaphum Primary Education Service Area Office 1. This is survey research. The sample group is 10 deputy directors of educational institutions and 310 teachers in primary schools in Chaiyaphum Primary Education Service Area Office 1, totaling 320 people. The data were collected by using an online questionnaire with a reliability of 0.94. The statistics used for data analysis includes frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test hypothesis test and one-way analysis of variance (One-way ANOVA) at the 0.05 level of statistical significance.

The research results were found as follows:

1. The school administration according to the good governance of administrators of educational institutions under Chaiyaphum Primary Education Service Area Office 1, has administration according to the good governance of administrators of educational institutions Overall, the practice is at a very good level.
2. The results of the comparison of school administration according to the good governance of administrators of educational institutions under Chaiyaphum Primary Education Service Area Office 1, found that the deputy school administrators and teachers overall had no different opinions.
3. Suggestions for school administration according to the good governance of administrators of educational institutions under Chaiyaphum Primary Education Service Area Office 1, found that 1) Educational institution administrators should behave and act as role models and have good academic leadership. 2) School administrators should listen to feedback from stakeholders including the community, parents, teachers and educational personnel, and students. 3) Educational institution administrators should promote and support or have practices in accordance with the regulations, laws, rules or agreements of the educational institution and have continuous monitoring. 4) Educational institution administrators should allow independent organizations or external agencies to inspect the transparency of educational institution administration.
