GUIDELINES FOR DEVELOPING TEACHING AND LEARNING MANAGEMENT AT MAHAMAKUT BUDDHIST UNIVERSITY, SRILANCHANG CAMPUS

The objectives of this research were to: 1) study the current conditions, problems, and obstacles of teaching and learning management, 2) analyze factors affecting teaching and learning efficiency, and 3) propose guidelines for developing teaching and learning management at Mahamakut Buddhist University Sri Lan Chang Campus. This study employed a mixed-methods research design. The sample consisted of 366 administrators, lecturers, students, and graduate employers. Research instruments included questionnaires and semi-structured interviews. Data were analyzed using basic statistics and content analysis.
The findings revealed that: 1) The current conditions of curriculum and teaching management were at a high level, particularly in information technology usage, 2) Learning media and resources were at a high level, with internet speed scoring highest, and measurement and evaluation were at a high level, 3) Development guidelines were presented in the "DIGITAL DHARMA Model" comprising Digital Integration, Holistic Development, Active Learning with Buddhist Principles, Reflective Assessment, Mindful Technology Usage, and Authentic Buddhist Learning.
