GOOD GOVERNANCE MANAGEMENT OF KUTTHAT SUBDISTRICT ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION, NONG NA KHAM DISTRICT, KHON KAEN PROVINCE

Abstract

This research aimed to study 1) the governance management of Kutthat Subdistrict Administrative Organization, 2) compare the governance management of Kutthat Subdistrict Administrative Organization classified by gender, age, education level and occupation, and 3) propose guidelines for the development of governance management of Kutthat Subdistrict Administrative Organization. The sample group used in this research was 384 eligible voters living in the area of ​​Kutthat Subdistrict Administrative Organization. The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire. The statistics used for analysis were descriptive statistics, including numbers, percentages, means, and standard deviations, and inferential statistics, including the T-Test and F-Test.

          The research results found that :

1. The governance management of Kutthat Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Nong Na Kham District, Khon Kaen Province was at a high level overall. When considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest average value was the decentralization principle, followed by the equality principle. And the aspect with the lowest average value is the transparency aspect.
2. The results of the comparison of the level of management according to the principles of good governance of Kutthat Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Nong Na Kham District, Khon Kaen Province, classified by gender, age, education level, and occupation, found that overall, people with different genders, ages, education levels, and occupations have no different opinions on the management according to the principles of good governance of Kutthat Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Nong Na Kham District, Khon Kaen Province.
3. The guidelines for developing management according to the principles of good governance of Kutthat Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Nong Na Kham District, Khon Kaen Province are as follows: The personnel of Kutthat Subdistrict Administrative Organization should be promoted to receive up-to-date information, rules, and regulations in various operations to gain thorough understanding in order to create standards and reduce errors in operations.
