INNOVATIVE LEADERSHIP OF ADMINISTRATORS AFFECTING THE EXCELLENCE OF ACADEMIC ADMINISTRATION OF SCHOOLS UNDER LOEI NONG BUA LAM PHU SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE

The objectives of this research were to study: 1) the innovative leadership of administrators , 2) the excellence of academic administration of schools, 3) the relationship between school administrators' innovative leadership and excellence in academic administration in schools, 4) the innovative leadership of school administrators that influences excellence in academic administration in schools, and 5) to develop a predictive equation for the innovative leadership of school administrators that influences excellence in academic administration in schools. The sample used in this research was a group of 322 school administrators and teachers in academic year 2024. The research instrument was questionnaire with a confidence level of 0.961, and with a confidence level of 0.969. Statistics used for data analysis included mean, standard deviation, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis.
The research findings revealed that: 1) The innovative leadership of administrators was at the highest level and the excellence of academic administration of schools was at the highest level. 2) There was a high positive correlation between school administrators' innovative leadership and excellence in academic administration in schools, with statistical significance at the .01 level. 3) the relationship between school administrators' innovative leadership that affecting the excellence of academic administration of schools consisting of creating an innovative atmosphere (x3), innovative teamwork (x4), and risk management (x5) can be used to predict the creation of a excellence of academic administration of schools was 70.50 percent. and 5) Regression equation in raw score = 0.877 + 0.536(x3) + 0.155(x4) + 0.125x5) Regression equation in standardized score = 0.575(x3) + 0.151(x4) + 0.167(x5)
