THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN TECHNOLOGICAL LEADERSHIP OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS AND THE COMPETENCIES OF TEACHING AND LEARNING MANAGEMENT UNDER THE SECONDARY EDUCATIONNAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE KAMPHAENGPHET

The following are the objectives of this research: 1) to investigate the technological leadership of school administrators, 2) to investigate the competencies in teaching management of teachers, and 3) to investigate the relationship between their technological leadership and their teaching management competencies. Utilizing the Krejcie and Morgan table, the sample group comprised 242 individuals. In the academic year 2024, the administrators, who numbered 30, were specifically chosen, while the teachers, who numbered 212, were randomly selected using stratified sampling based on the proportion of teachers from each school, which were categorized as large and extra-large schools under the jurisdiction of the Kamphaeng Phet Secondary Educational Service Area Office. A 28-item questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale was implemented. The data were analyzed using the Pearson correlation coefficient, mean, standard deviation, and percentage.
The research results indicated that 1) school administrators generally exhibit a high level of technological leadership. 2) Teachers demonstrate a high level of proficiency in the management of teaching and learning. 3) A statistically significant relationship exists between the technological leadership of school administrators and the competencies in teaching management of teachers overall, at a very high level, at the the.01 significance level. The area with the highest correlation is technological leadership in the use of technology for learning management with the competencies in teaching management of teachers, while the area with the lowest correlation is technological leadership in legal and ethical knowledge of technology with the competencies in teaching management of teachers. Consequently, future research should investigate methods for cultivating technological leadership in learning management among school administrators.
