The objectives of this research are: 1) To study the current conditions of school administration based on the Four principles in schools under the Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 2) To explore guidelines for school administration according to the Four principles under the same educational service area. And 3) To evaluate the appropriateness of the administrative guidelines based on the Four principles in schools under the Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office
The sample consisted of teachers from 216 schools under the jurisdiction of the Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, totaling 1,662 individuals. A sample size of 310 participants was determined using Krejcie and Morgan’s formula. Additionally, purposive sampling was used to select 7 school network chairpersons and 5 experts as key informants. The research instruments included questionnaires, semi-structured interviews, and an appropriateness assessment form. The statistical methods used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis.
The research findings were as follows: 1) The current state of school administration based on the Four principles in schools under the Nakhon Si Thammarat Primary Educational Service Area Office 3 was at a high level. 2) The guidelines for school administration based on the Four principles were divided into four aspects with a total of 20 items: Academic administration (5 items), Personnel administration (5 items), Budget administration (5 items), and General administration (5 items). And 3) The evaluation of the appropriateness of these administrative guidelines showed that all items were rated within the range of 80 to 100, indicating a high level of suitability.
