THE ADMINISTRATION OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS BASED ON SANGAHAVATTHU 4 OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION ADMINISTRATORS IN KANCHANADIT DISTRICT UNDER THE SECONDARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE SURATTHANI CHUMPHON

The objectives of this research are as follows: 1) To study the management conditions of school administrators according to the principle of Sangha Vatthu 4, 2) To draft guidelines on the management of school administrators according to the principle of Sangha Vatthu 4, 3) To evaluate the development guidelines of school administrators according to the principle of Sangha Vatthu 4 of schools in Kanchanadit District, affiliated to the Surat Thani Secondary Education Area Office, Chumphon. School teachers in Kanchanadit District, affiliated to the Surat Thani Secondary Education Area Office, Chumphon, all 4 schools received a sample of 108 qualified people, selected using simple random sampling, the sample size determined using Krejcie and Morgan's table. 7 people and 7 experts by quantitative and qualitative research methods. The research tools were a five-level estimation scale questionnaire, an interview form, and an evaluation questionnaire.
The results of the research showed that: 1) The management condition of school administrators according to the principle of Sangha Vatthu 4 of schools in Kanchanadit District, affiliated to the Surat Thani Secondary Education Area Office, Chumphon is at the highest level as a whole and individually. 2) Guidelines on the management of school administrators according to the principle of Sangha Vatthu 4of schools in Kanchanadit District, affiliated to the Surat Thani Secondary Education Area Office, Chumphon, consisting of 4 aspects: Academic management according to the principle of Sangha 4, Management of plans and budgets according to the principle of Sangha 4, Human resource management according to the principle of Sangha Vatthu 4, General administration according to the principle of Sangha Vatthu 4. 3) The level of appropriateness of the management development guidelines of school administrators according to the Sangha Vatthu 4 of schools in Kanchanadit District, affiliated to the Secondary Education Area Office, Surat Thani, Chumphon, as a whole, is appropriate, accounting for 97.32 percent.
