Guidelines for the management of educational institutions by administrators according to the principle of Itthipada found that there are 5 aspects of 21 items, namely 4 planning guidelines, 4 organizational guidelines, 5 leadership guidelines, 4 control guidelines, and 4 directing/commanding guidelines. 3. Results of the Suitability Assessment of the Administrator's Guidelines for the Management of Educational Institutions in Principle Itthipada 4 is the highest overall level.
