This research aimed to: (1) investigate the administration of the elderly school of Ban Pho Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Bang Pa-in District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. (2) compare the administration of schools for the elderly in Ban Pho Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Bang Pa-in District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, classified by personal factors. (3) propose guidelines for developing for the administration of the elderly school of Ban Pho Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Bang Pa-in District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. The research employed both quantitative and qualitative methods. The quantitative research, the sample group is the elderly people who are students of the elderly school of Ban Pho Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Bang Pa-in District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province, totaling 137 people. A questionnaire was used as the research instrument, and statistical analyses included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, F-test, The qualitative research, key informants were divided into 4 groups, totaling13 people. The research instrument used was an interview form. The research results found that:
- Administration of the Elderly School of Ban Pho Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Bang Pa-in District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province It was found that overall, it was at the highest level. When analyzed in detail by each aspect, personnel management was at the highest level, followed by academic management, and general management was at the lowest level.
- Comparison of opinions on the administration of the elderly school of Ban Pho Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Bang Pa-in District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province It was found that personal factors such as gender, status, education level, and chronic diseases were not different. As for age, occupation, and average monthly income, they were different.
- The guidelines for developing the mayor’s for the administration of the elderly school of Ban Pho Subdistrict Administrative Organization, Bang Pa-in District, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Province. From interviewing key informants and conducting analysis, it was found that there are two approaches to managing schools for the elderly: budget management and general management, as follows:
