COMPETENCY OF ADMINISTRATORS TO DEVELOPING THE QUALITY OF SCHOOLS IN SIRINTHORN NETWORK 17 UNDER THE UBON RATCHATHANI PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 3

The purposes of this descriptive research were as follows:: 1) To analyze the ability of administrators to improve the quality of the institutions in the 17 Sirindhorn network group, and 2) To explore the enhancement of executive skills to develop the quality of education in the 17 Sirindhorn network group is a survey research. The population used in the research consisted of school administrators, deputy directors, and teachers, totaling 163 people, of whom 157 people, or 90.13 percent, responded to the questionnaire.The instrument used for data analysis was a questionnaire with 5 levels of response, which had a reliability value of 0.964. Statistics used to help in data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis.
The following results were found: 1) The ability of administrators to support the quality of educational institutions in the 17 Sirindhorn network group, is at a high level overall. 2) Enhancing the skills of administrators to develop the quality of learning in the 17th Sirindhorn Network Group has many aspects of development, including:1) In terms of curriculum management and education that aims to develop the quality of educational institutions, it is necessary to adjust the curriculum to be consistent with the current educational policies. 2) In terms of learner development to improve the quality of educational institutions, importance should be given to allocating a budget sufficient for educational projects. 3) In terms of classroom management to improve the quality of the educational institution, there should be regular inspection and monitoring of classroom performance. 4) In terms of analysis, synthesis and research to develop learners in line with the quality of educational institutions, teachers should be supported in analyzing each learner in order to understand the learner and their weaknesses in learning. 5) In terms of leadership of teachers to improve the quality of educational institutions, they should have good relationship skills and be able to lead in implementation. 6) In terms of building relationships with the community for quality learning management.
