This study examined the relationship between cultural adaptation and academic cultural experience among 200 Chinese students studying in Thai universities. Using a quantitative survey design, data were analyzed through t-tests, ANOVA, and correlation analysis. Results revealed no significant gender differences, but academic level, length of stay, and language proficiency significantly affected adaptation and academic experience. Thai language proficiency showed the strongest influence, indicating that mastering the host-country language enhances cultural and academic adjustment. Positive correlations were found between adaptation, academic experience, and career development factors. The study highlights the importance of Thai language training, supportive learning environments, and targeted programs for undergraduates to facilitate successful adaptation and academic achievement in Thailand.
