IMPACTS AND ROLES OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE (AI) ON SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION: A CASE STUDY OF SCHOOLS IN NETWORK GROUP 45, NONG CHOK DISTRICT, BANGKOK

This research aimed to 1) examine the roles and impacts of artificial intelligence (AI) technology on school administration in Network Group 45 schools under the Nong Chok District Office, Bangkok. 2) analyze the advantages, disadvantages, and challenges associated with the use of artificial intelligence (AI). 3) propose guidelines for maximizing the benefits and minimizing the negative impacts of AI technology on school administration.
The sample consisted of 113 participants, including school administrators, teachers, and educational personnel, determined using the Krejcie and Morgan sampling table. The research instrument was a questionnaire with a reliability coefficient of .93. Data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation.
The results revealed that: 1) the overall perception of the roles and impacts of AI technology on school administration was rated at a high level in all aspects. 2) the perceptions regarding the advantages, disadvantages, and challenges of AI utilization were also at a high level in all aspects. 3) the proposed guidelines for implementing AI to maximize its benefits and minimize negative impacts were also at a high level in all aspects.
