THE DEVELOPMENT OF INTERNAL QUALITY ASSURANCE SYSTEM WITH PROFESSIONAL LEARNING COMMUNITY STRATEGY ACCORDING TO PDSR MODEL TO RAISE THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION OF SAHAWITTAYAKOM SCHOOL UNDER KAMPHAENG PHET PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

The purposes of this research were; 1) to study the condition, problem and demand on preparation for the development of administration of internal quality assurance with professional learning community strategy, 2) to develop the model, 3) to try out the model, and 4) to evaluate the model of administration of internal quality assurance with professional learning community strategy according to PDSR model to raise the quality of education of Sahawittayakom School under Kamphaeng Phet Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. This research was research and development (R&D). Sample group for real studying were 14 teachers on academic year 2024 selected by purposive selection. The research instruments were; 1) Records and in-depth interviews 2) performing questionnaire, 3) satisfaction questionnaire, and 4) model evaluation form. The data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation.
The research findings were as follows: 1) The conditions, problems and demands on preparation for the development of administration of internal quality assurance were found that internal quality assurance was uncompleted. Some teachers did not understand about internal quality assurance. And the teachers needed the model of the development of administration of internal quality assurance. 2) The components of the development of administration of internal quality assurance with professional learning community strategy according to PDSR model to raise the quality of education of Sahawittayakom School were the objectives of the model, the factors of successfully administration, the processes of administration and the results of administration.3) The levels of teachers' satisfaction were at the high level. And the level of the teachers' performance followed the PDSR model was at the high level. And 4) The results of PDSR model evaluation were at the highest level.
