GUIDELINES DEVELOPMENT OF QUALITY ASSURANCE ADMINISTRATIVE ACCORDING TO THE STANDARDS OF EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT PROCESS FOR SPECIAL EDUCATION CENTER, EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA 7

The purposes of this research were to 1) examine the conditions and problems of quality assurance administration according to the standards of the educational management process, 2) compare the conditions of this administration, and 3) find guidelines for developing the educational quality assurance administration according to the Standards of Educational Management Process. The sample group consisted of 234 administrators and teachers, using the Krejcie and Morgan table. The instruments used were a questionnaire with a reliability of .974 and an interview form. Statistics used included mean, frequency, percentage, standard deviation, t-test Independent, F-test one-way ANOVA, and content analysis.
The results revealed that (1) the overall condition of educational quality assurance administration the Standards of Educational Management Process was at a high level. (2) The comparison of the administrative conditions showed significant differences at the .05 level. There was a statistical. When classified by the work experience of the administrator. (3) Guidelines for developing the educational quality assurance administration were as follows: The participation of teachers, personnel, and school committees in school analysis should be promoted. Participation in monitoring and evaluating management performance through a variety of methods. There should be increased supervision, monitoring, and auditing of educational management performance through integration with technology and online channels. Administrators should raise awareness and understanding of self-development plans, conduct teacher needs surveys, plan, and allocate appropriate physical environments. A clear mandate should be issued to appoint a person responsible for managing information technology systems to support management and learning to drive operations.
