This research aimed to study The aims of this research were: 1) to study the educational administration according to IV Brahmavihara-dhamma in the basic education schools under the Office of Khon Kaen Primary Educational Service Area 1; 2) to compare the administrations mentioned, classified by the samples’ factors: position, education and work experience; 3) to study the ways to promote and develop the educational administration according to the dhamma in the research area. This study used the mixed research methodologies: 1) for the quantitative research, the samples were 413 of the administrators and teachers in the schools, selected by stratified sampling and simple random sampling. The tool used in this process was a questionnaire with its reliability value of .94. The statistics used to analyzed the data were: Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation, t-test (Independent Samples), f-test (One-way ANOVA) and Scheffe’s Method; 2) for the qualitative research, the target group were 12 of educational administrators (6) and teachers (6), selected by purposive sampling, interviewed by the interview form before the obtained data were analyzed by the content analysis to find the conclusion. The research results were found as follows; The statistic scores of the educational administration according to the dhamma in overall and each-aspect perspectives were at a high level; the highest can be seen in the aspect of ‘general administration’, followed by that of ‘personnel administration’ and ‘academic affairs administration’ while that of ‘budget administration’ was the least. The comparative scores of the educational administration above based on the sample response, classified by their positions and work experience were indifferent; classified by their education, the scores were different with the statistical significance level of .05.
