Abstract

The objectives of this research are for this research. The objectives of this research are 1) to study the application of Brahmavihara 4 2) to compare the application of Brahma Vihara 4 3) to study the recommendations. Application of the Brahma Vihara 4 sample groups including teachers who care for children who Working in the Child Development Center of 127 people. Tools used in the research. as a questionnaire Data were analyzed by using a computer program. The results of the research were as follows: 1. The average of the application of the Brahmavihara 4 showed that the average of the overall application of the Brahmavihara 4 was at a high level. Considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest mean was compassion, followed by upekkha and compassion, and the aspect with the lowest mean was Mudita. The work experiences were different, benevolence, compassion, equanimity, equanimity, and overall were not different. and the mean of the application of the 4 Brahma Viharas with different positions, mercy, compassion, equanimity, and overall were not different. the side of muttita The difference was statistically significant at the .05 level, with the civil servants having higher averages than the employees under the mission. significantly Statistics at the .05 level. 3.
