Abstract

This academic article aims to study the rule of law and government by Tosaphitharathamma. The rule of law is in the framework of the dharma of law and the rule of law, consisting of legal principles, principles of good faith, principles of non-discrimination. It is a personal virtue of the rulers of the country to be fair and to benefit and happiness for the people. This joy of justice is a human need and that of every society.

            The results showed that 1. The rule of law and the rule of law is the fundamental necessity that will bring peace, prosperity, and peace to the people. to rule the country 2. The rule of law and the rule of law is a fair process that allows for counterbalances. And there is a channel to check the discretion of the staff. 3. The rule of law and the rule of law is the fundamental principle of law that is a judicial process. must not disobey contrary to or inconsistent with the rule of law 4. The rule of law, which is an important pillar of the protection of democracy and the protection of people's human rights, is consistent with the principles and mechanisms of reconciliation by the Buddhist way of life in Thai society.
