THE ADMINISTRATION OF STUDENT ASSISTANCE SYSTEMS OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS UNDER NAKHONRATCHASIMA EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 4

This research aimed to 1) study the level of student care system administration of school administrators under the Office of the Basic Education Commission, Nakhon Ratchasima Area 4 2) compare the student care system administration of school administrators under the Office of the Basic Education Commission, Nakhon Ratchasima Area 4 classified by position, education level, and size of the school and 3) study the development guidelines for student care system administration of school administrators under the Office of the Basic Education Commission, Nakhon Ratchasima Area 4 The population used in this research was 320 school administrators and teachers in basic education schools under the Office of the Basic Education Commission, Nakhon Ratchasima Area 4. The sample size was determined according to the table of Krejci and Morgan and stratified random sampling. The research instrument was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with a reliability of 0.94. The statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and F-test.
The research results found that
- The administration of the student care system by school administrators under the Office of the Nakhon Ratchasima Educational Service Area 4 was at a high level overall.
- The results of the comparison of the administration of the student care system by school administrators under the Office of the Nakhon Ratchasima Educational Service Area 4 according to the opinions of personnel classified by position found that school administrators and teachers who had opinions on the administration of the student care system by school administrators under the Office of the Nakhon Ratchasima Educational Service Area 4 classified by position were not different overall.
- The results of the comparison of the administration of the student care system by school administrators under the Office of the Nakhon Ratchasima Educational Service Area 4 classified by education level were not different overall and in each aspect.
- The results of the comparison of the administration of the student care system by school administrators under the Office of the Nakhon Ratchasima Educational Service Area 4 classified by the size of the school were not different overall and in each aspect.
- Guidelines for developing the administration of the student care system by school administrators under the Office of the Nakhon Ratchasima Educational Service Area 4 consist of 5 aspects: knowing students individually In terms of student screening, student promotion and development, problem prevention and resolution, and referral
