THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN LEADERSHIP CHARACTERISTICS OF ADMINISTRATORS AND THE OPERATION OF STUDENT SUPPORT SYSTEMS IN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS UNDER SISAKET PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 3

This research aimed to 1) study the leadership characteristics of school administrators under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 3 Sisaket Province 2) study the level of implementation of the student care system in schools under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 3 Sisaket Province 3) and 3) study the relationship between the leadership characteristics of school administrators and the implementation of the student care system in schools under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 3 Sisaket Province. The sample consisted of 326 teachers working in schools under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 3, selected by stratified random sampling. The instrument was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire. The reliability of the entire questionnaire was 0.98, the validity of the questionnaire was 1.00, and the discrimination power of each item was between 0.40 and 0.80. The statistics used for data analysis were mean, standard deviation, reliability, validity, discrimination power, and Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient. The research results found that 1) the level of leadership characteristics of school administrators was at a high level overall, 2) the level of implementation of the student care system was at a high level overall, and 3) the leadership characteristics of school administrators and the implementation of the student care system in schools under the Office of the Primary Educational Service Area 3 Sisaket, overall had a high level of positive relationship, with statistical significance at the .01 level.
