ผลกระทบของสมรรถนะที่จำเป็นต่อความสำเร็จในการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานบัญชีในยุคความปกติใหม่

บทคัดย่อ

        การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ผลกระทบของสมรรถนะที่จำเป็นกับความสำเร็จในการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานบัญชีในยุคความปกติใหม่ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ พนักงานบัญชีของกิจการห้างหุ้นส่วนจำกัดในสามจังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ จำนวน 4,329 แห่ง กลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 121 แห่ง อัตราการตอบกลับคิดเป็นร้อยละ 33.06 เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ คือ การวิเคราะห์ความถดถอยเชิงพหุ และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า สมรรถนะที่จำเป็นมีผลกระทบเชิงบวกกับความสำเร็จในการปฏิบัติงานในยุคความปกติใหม่ โดยมี 4 องค์ประกอบที่มีผลกระทบเชิงบวกกับความสำเร็จในการปฏิบัติงานบัญชีอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ คือ ด้านการคิดเชิงวิพากษ์ ความฉลาดรู้ทางดิจิทัล ความฉลาดรู้สารสนเทศ ความสามารถในการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นอย่างชาญฉลาด
