การวิเคราะห์ประสิทธิภาพการทำงานระหว่างแรงงานเหมา และแรงงานจ้างรายวันของธุรกิจรับเหมาก่อสร้าง ในจังหวัดอุดรธานี

การวิเคราะห์ประสิทธิภาพการทำงานระหว่างแรงงานเหมาและแรงงานจ้างรายวันของธุรกิจรับเหมาก่อสร้างในจังหวัดอุดรธานี มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ระดับปัจจัยประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของแรงงานและเปรียบเทียบการจ่ายค่าแรงงานแบบเหมาจ่าย การจ่ายค่าแรงงานแบบรายวัน และการจ่ายค่าแรงงานทั้งสองแบบรวมกันที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของแรงงานในธุรกิจก่อสร้างของจังหวัดอุดรธานี วิธีการวิจัยเป็นแบบเชิงปริมาณด้วยการสำรวจ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป้าหมายคือเจ้าของธุรกิจรับเหมาก่อสร้างในจังหวัดอุดรธานีจำนวน 78 ตัวอย่าง เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามที่ผ่านการทดสอบคุณภาพของเครื่องมือแล้ว วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนาประกอบด้วย ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน อีกทั้งใช้สถิติเชิงอนุมานประกอบด้วยการวิเคราะห์ค่าความแปรปรวนด้วยค่าสถิติ F-test
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของแรงงานในธุรกิจก่อสร้างภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ด้วยค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.73 (SD = 0.679) โดยด้านการปฏิบัติงานเต็มความสามารถโดยยึดประโยชน์ขององค์กรเป็นหลักการปฏิบัติงานมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุดอยู่ที่ 3.89 (SD = 0.694) รองลงมาได้แก่ การปฏิบัติงานด้วยความรวดเร็ว การปฏิบัติงานสำเร็จลุล่วงตรงตามเวลา การปฏิบัติงานที่เห็นถึงความก้าวหน้าของงาน และการปฏิบัติงานที่สามารถทำงานได้เพิ่มขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง มีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.76 (SD = 0.569) 3.72 (SD = 0.678) 3.68 (SD = 0.750) และ 3.67 (SD = 0.708) ตามลำดับ นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่า การจ่ายค่าจ้างแรงงานแบบเหมาจ่าย และการจ่ายค่าจ้างแบบรายวันนั้นส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพการทำงานมากกว่าการจ่ายค่าจ้างทั้งสองแบบรวมกัน
