การรับรู้และการเข้าถึงข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับคาร์บอนฟุตพรินต์ที่มีผลต่อพฤติกรรมการใช้ชีวิตของนักศึกษาคณะวิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับการรับรู้และความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับคาร์บอนฟุตพรินต์ของนักศึกษา 2) ประเมินการเข้าถึงข้อมูลและอุปสรรคที่เกี่ยวข้อง 3) วิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการรับรู้การเข้าถึงข้อมูล ความตระหนัก และพฤติกรรมการใช้ชีวิตที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม และ 4) เสนอแนะแนวทางในการพัฒนานโยบายและกิจกรรมเพื่อส่งเสริมการลดคาร์บอนฟุตพรินต์ในมหาวิทยาลัย การวิจัยใช้ระเบียบวิธีแบบผสมผสาน (Mixed Methods) โดยการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณเก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างนักศึกษาคณะวิทยาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยศิลปากร จำนวน 400 คน ด้วยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ (Stratified Random Sampling) ใช้แบบสอบถามออนไลน์เป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บข้อมูล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันอันดับสอง (2nd-Order CFA) การวิเคราะห์กลุ่มแฝง (LPA) สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สันและการถดถอยพหุคูณ สำหรับการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพเก็บข้อมูลจากการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกและการสนทนากลุ่มจากผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญจำนวน 35 คน และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่านักศึกษามีระดับการรับรู้และความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับคาร์บอนฟุตพรินต์โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (𝑥̅ = 3.24,
S.D. = 0.86) ขณะที่ความตระหนักอยู่ในระดับสูง (𝑥̅= 3.89,
S.D. = 0.78) ช่องทางหลักในการเข้าถึงข้อมูล คือ สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ร้อยละ 68.00 โดยมีอุปสรรคสำคัญ คือ ความซับซ้อนของข้อมูล ร้อยละ 72.00 ผลการวิเคราะห์กลุ่มแฝงสามารถจำแนกนักศึกษาตามพฤติกรรมแวดล้อมได้เป็น 3 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ กลุ่มตระหนักสูง ร้อยละ 28.00 กลุ่มตระหนักปานกลาง ร้อยละ 45.00 และกลุ่มตระหนักต่ำ ร้อยละ 27.00 นอกจากนี้ ผลการวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณพบว่า การรับรู้ความเข้าใจ และความตระหนักมีอิทธิพลทางบวกต่อพฤติกรรมการใช้ชีวิตอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < 0.001) ขณะที่การเข้าถึงข้อมูลมีอิทธิพลทางอ้อมผ่านความเข้าใจและความตระหนัก ข้อเสนอแนะจากการวิจัยชี้ว่า มหาวิทยาลัยและคณะควรพัฒนาระบบการสื่อสารข้อมูลที่เข้าใจง่าย สอดคล้องกับบริบทของผู้เรียน โดยการย่อยข้อมูลทางวิทยาศาสตร์เป็นอินโฟกราฟิกหรือวิดีโอสั้น ควบคู่กับการบูรณาการเนื้อหาด้านคาร์บอนฟุตพรินต์เข้าสู่หลักสูตรการเรียนการสอน และการสร้างสภาพแวดล้อมในสถาบันที่เอื้อต่อการปฏิบัติจริงเพื่อส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมยั่งยืนในระดับอุดมศึกษาอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม
