School Administration in BANI World Era

Abstract

Rapidly changing administration characterized by complexity, ambiguity, unpredictability, and high competition has significant impacts on school administration in four affairs: Academic affairs Administration, Personnel Administration, Budget Administration, and General Administration. Which in the BANI World era, there are conceptual frameworks and forecasting models capable of accommodating emerging phenomena that impact administration, enabling organizations to achieve successful results in line with their goals. This framework encompasses four dimensions: Brittle; referring to systems that appear strong yet can fracture instantaneously; Anxious; where uncertainty generates anxiety across all organizational levels; and Nonlinear; where cause-and-effect relationships are disproportionate and unpredictable, and Incomprehensible refers to the state in which things are so highly complex that clear understanding and effective implementation become difficult to attain. Consequently, school administrators must be agile, visionary, and proficient in digital technology and innovation, driving their organizations through the PDCAS process; Planning, Doing, Checking, Acting, and Sustaining; to accomplish organizational goals and exceed them toward a standard of excellence.
